Last summer we were also lucky enough to spend a week on cape cod with some of Eric's friends from college. We had a great time relaxing at the beach, going to Martha's Vineyard, and checking out the Plymouth plantation. We rented a house for the week over July 4th, which ended up being very economical since there were 4 couples total. There are lots of different places to stay on the Cape, some nicer than others. We stayed in the Falmouth area, which was plenty nice. The house was about three blocks away from the ocean, which meant a little walk to get there, but it almost meant it was less expensive. If you leave near the east coast, this is a nice place to visit and relax.
