I have a few frames that are odd colors. In a decision to slowly coordinate things better in my home, I decided to paint the one that has been sitting in my bedroom from it's original teal color to white.

I had bought this frame for Eric when we were dating. I thought it was slightly manly and seemed appropriate for a boy to have.
I painted it with white acrylic paint. It took 4 coats since the frame was so dark to begin with. I was trying to be cheap and bought $1 wood paint. In the future, I will spend the extra money and buy spray paint because it would have taken much fewer coats.
I still like the way it turned out.
